Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be able to handling the full set of accounts and supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Process invoices, payments, claims, and staff reimbursements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in prepare tax computations and tax submissions (Corporate tax, E-invoice, Withholding tax and etc.).
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
- Handling any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL Accounting software will be added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
