Job Responsibilities / 职责内容:
- 处理日常会计事务,包括数据录入、开发票和付款
- 协助月结及财务报告准备
- 维护财务交易的准确记录
- 与外部审计师及税务代理沟通协调
- 支持一般行政与财务相关工作
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and payments
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
- Support general administrative and finance-related duties

Requirements / 职位要求:
- 拥有会计 / 财务或相关专业的文凭或学位
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel 和会计软件
- 注重细节,责任心强,能够按时完成工作
- 能够在最低限度的监督下独立工作,学习能力强,有上进心
- 具备基本税务知识者优先
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, fast learner and self motivated
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations is an advantage
