Key Responsibilities: Accounts and Admin support
- Handle general office admin tasks
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and supplies.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support sales and installation team functions like stock preparation
- Assist in daily accounting operations (data entry, invoice processing, payment preparation, quotation preparation, payment collection).
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Support all account/stock documents filing preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
