- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices, staff claims, and customer billings accurately and on time.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Perform monthly reconciliation of company bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- General Ledger Maintenance
- Post and verify journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in the general ledger.
- Cost Tracking & Allocation
- Track and allocate project-related costs such as drilling, logistics, and equipment expenses.
- Prepare Financial Statements
- Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Fixed Asset Register
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring proper capitalization and depreciation.
- Compliance & Tax Filing
- Support in the preparation of tax filings (SST, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax) and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Audit Preparation
- Assist in external and internal audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
- Petty Cash & Expense Claims
- Manage petty cash disbursements and staff reimbursement processes.
- Inventory & Material Reconciliation
- Reconcile physical inventory with accounting records, especially for materials used at offshore/onshore sites.
- Accounts Closing
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities and reporting.
- Financial Data Entry & Accuracy
- Ensure accurate entry of financial data into accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Budget Monitoring Support
- Track actual expenses against budget and report variances to Finance Manager.
- Intercompany Transactions
- Record and reconcile intercompany charges and balances across subsidiaries or joint ventures.
- Continuous Improvement
- Recommend improvements in accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and compliance.

Pay: RM1,465.41 - RM4,487.58 per month
