- Perform clerical tasks and manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents and provide data entry support.
- Respond professionally to general phone, mail, and email inquiries from clients.
- Prepare quotations and invoices for internal processing.
- Execute administrative tasks such as filing, typing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Collaborate with team members on new assignments and projects.
- Undertake additional duties as and when assigned.
