Role Summary:
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounts, well-managed stock, and smooth operations across our Bahau, Seremban, and Nilai branches. This role is both desk-based and hands-on—you will need to visit branches when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records – identify and correct errors quickly.
- Use AutoCount (must be proficient) – prepare and review A/R, A/P, invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes, contra, and other core accounting functions.
- Monitor stock records – check, update, and ensure stock levels are consistent across all locations.
- Manage debtors and creditors – track outstanding payments and follow up on collections for three branches.
- Supervise branch clerks – ensure clerks in Bahau and Seremban follow SOPs and complete tasks on time.
- Branch mobility – travel to Seremban and Nilai when required for accounts, stock, or document work.
- Audit support – work with auditors, prepare documents, and resolve discrepancies.
- Timely task completion – deliver assignments by deadline and stay updated on current practices, including assisting with online marketing tasks when needed.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
