Job Summary:
The Accounts/Finance Assistant will provide essential support to the finance department by managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting in accordance with institutional policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems.
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts for student fees and vendor transactions.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly financial closing activities.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external use.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and communicate with students, suppliers, or relevant stakeholders.
- Support in budgeting and expense tracking.
- Assist in audit preparation by compiling and organizing relevant documentation.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Finance Officer or Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 year of relevant working experience is preferred. F
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
