- Handle full set of accounts: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Process invoices, payments, claims, and staff reimbursements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in prepare tax computations and tax submissions (Corporate tax, E-invoice, Withholding tax and etc.).
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in handle full set of account
- Good in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SQL Accounting software will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Good accounting skills
