Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and a high-quality guest experience.
- Lead and motivate the service team to maintain excellent standards in hospitality and food & beverage service.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to ensure profitability and compliance with hotel standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and service quality, implementing improvements to enhance overall dining satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Seri Alam, Johor.
