Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Clerk to support our accounting department with day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process payments and invoices.
- Keep financial records up to date and accurate.
- Help with checking and matching bills, receipts, and statements.
- Assist in balancing accounts and doing simple reconciliations.
- Handle petty cash and employee expense claims.
- Support monthly and yearly financial reporting.
- Respond to basic questions from vendors or internal staff.
- Organize and file accounting documents properly.
- Help prepare documents for audits when needed.
- Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience in a clerical or bookkeeping role, preferably in an accounting environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL , etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Working Conditions:
- This is an on-site position, based at our office.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekends off.
- Occasional overtime may be required during reporting periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
