We’re looking for friendly and motivated individuals who can speak Cantonese and Traditional Mandarin to support our Hong Kong market.
Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Sunway Velocity, Cheras KL (Nearest station: MRT Cochrane/ LRT Maluri)
Intake Date: Early September 2025
What You’ll Do
- Assist food delivery vendors through calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide clear communication and support in Cantonese & Traditional Mandarin.
- Ensure smooth operations and handle vendor inquiries.
Work Schedule
- 24/7 rotational shift (morning, night, midnight).
- Shift changes happen once a month.
- Option to work from home after 3 months probation, if performance and attitude are good.
Requirements
- Strong in Cantonese and Traditional Mandarin.
- Minimum SPM qualification or above.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
