JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Plan daily and weekly tasks for the workshop team and update management regularly.
- Ensure smooth workflow with proper quality checks and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Monitor tools and equipment; arrange repairs, purchases, or calibration when needed.
- Work with inventory and procurement teams to ensure spare parts are available.
- Coordinate with Customer Service for repair or troubleshooting of returned equipment.
- Encourage teamwork and open communication among staff.
- Monitor workshop expenses and manage within budget.
- Set and track KPIs to measure team performance.
- Suggest improvements to increase workshop efficiency.
- Ensure all work follows company policies and meets goals.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in workshop or production/operations.
- ERP experience preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a diverse team and manage workload under pressure.
- Experience in managing foreign worker is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in a workshop environment at USJ 1, Subang Jaya.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
