KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Authoring, testing, and publishing content using Content Management Systems (CMS) to support marketing and business initiatives.
- Analysing content performance and making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and projects.
- Collaborating with User Experience (UX) and Digital team members as the content lead for new feature creation.
- Partnering in the creation, maintenance, and execution of the digital content calendar.
- Recommending changes to improve the usability, functionality, and interactivity of digital content and websites.
- Serving as a CMS specialist, providing training and documentation to other content contributors.
- Reviewing all digital properties to ensure compliance with brand standards, style guides, and legal requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- A Diploma in a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proven experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among team members.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with web analytics software to track and report on content performance.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of SEO strategy as it applies to content creation and management.
- Knowledge of interactive usability, user experience (UX), and digital design concepts.
- Familiarity with JavaScript.
- Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment similar to an advertising or digital agency.
