Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, Mukim 13, 14100 S.P.T, Pulau Pinang
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supervising the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and proper inventory management.
- Monitor warehouse performance and maintain records of stock movements.
- Enforce compliance with safety, operational procedures, and company policies.
- Lead, train, and guide the warehouse team towards high performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification; certification in logistics/warehouse management is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
