Job Description:
- Edit long-form podcast videos for YouTube
- Enhance visual storytelling with B-roll, motion graphics, and dynamic cuts
- Sync and clean up multi-cam video with external audio
- Add captions, titles, lower thirds, and transitions
- Collaborate with hosts, producers, and social media managers to align on content tone and style
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
- Manage file organization and backups
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in editing software
- Strong eye for pacing, framing, and storytelling
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form content
- Familiarity with podcasting or talk-show formats
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of trends and best practices for YouTube and social platforms
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience working with podcast content specifically
- Know how to optimize videos for SEO and audience retention
- Are comfortable with basic audio cleanup and mixing
- Have a portfolio of similar work (please include links)
