Strategy and Planning
- Define and execute the digital analytics and optimisation roadmap aligned to Group business objectives.
- Identify performance targets and strategic KPIs that drive revenue, engagement, and cost efficiency.
- Forecast and manage resource needs including technology investment, vendor support, and talent development.
- Track industry trends and digital innovations to proactively recommend improvements.
- Act as an internal consultant to business stakeholders on digital analytics strategies and use cases.
Business Performance and Management
- Partner with business and channel teams to design and implement A/B testing and personalisation use cases using Adobe Target.
- Lead funnel analysis, customer segmentation, and behavioural analytics to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for product, marketing, and design teams.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CDP, and other relevant tools.
- Support accurate and efficient tagging implementation via Adobe Launch or equivalent tools.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital analytics support across all key products and platforms.
People Management
- Lead and develop a team of digital analytics and personalisation professionals.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Promote a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
- Act as a mentor and advisor to regional/other business counterparts and team members.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensures all Group Consumer operations are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and external auditors
Qualifications
(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering)
- Minimum 10 years of experience of relevant banking background in established bank / financial institutions or digital agency.
5 years of prior leadership position in a banking role in established financial institutions or digital agency.

Technical/Functional skills
- In-depth knowledge of web technology and digital marketing.
- Exposure to Web Analytic tools and A/B Test tool, able to define hypothesis from customer journey data.
- Strong analytic mindset & insightful.

- Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving digital sales targets, project development and management.
