Role Description
We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our team in Iskandar Puteri. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our mobile applications and web portals, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. You will be involved in various stages of the design process, from assisting with user research and concept development to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, proficiency in Figma, and a passion for design thinking and creating exceptional digital experiences.

REQUIREMENTS
Design Thinking and User Research skills
- Assist in analyzing user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
- Assist in analyzing user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Help develop user personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables to communicate user insights
UI/UX Design & Prototyping:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web portals, using Figma
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Apply UI design best practices, including accessibility guidelines, to ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and consistent across platforms.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability of design solutions.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with our project management and technical development team to come up with effective design solutions.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Design Process & Tools:
- Contribute to and improve the team's design process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies.
- Utilize Figma as the primary design and prototyping tool.
- Experience with other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch) is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing mobile app and web portal design projects. However, fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing).
- Knowledge of mobile (iOS and Android) and web design best practices and accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
