About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with proven experience in website design and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences while also having hands-on experience in building responsive websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Design user-friendly website layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ensure seamless user journeys by focusing on usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Build and implement website designs using modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs.
- Maintain design consistency across all digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with website building platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar CMS).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
