About the mission we offer you:
Executes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods / services), to ensure that quality, cost effective products are delivered in a timely manner.
Main Accountabilities
- Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget.
- Prepares the Project Vendor List and selects the vendors from whom to order for their own sector of commodities with the collaboration of Project Procurement Managers and Purchasing Section Heads.
- Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget.
- Makes sure that all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available.
- Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager
- Expedites bids, performs bid opening and issuance of Bid Opening Report, CBT and shortlisting of bidders.
- Conducts all negotiations (including Terms and Conditions) with vendors.
- Issues final CBT for award recommendation
- Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality.
- Contributes to recovery of amounts relevant to back-charges / liquidated damages notified to the vendors.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant disciplines
- Minimum 4 years in the related field (Procurement role)
- Experience in Project Purchasing activities.
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Good negotiation skills
