Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate pet transportation schedules.
- Pickup and transportation of pets.
- Monitor pets’ well-being and provide necessary care throughout the journey.
- Collect transportation fees and manage payment transactions.
- Process customer bookings, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries and provide updates on pet transportation status.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics OR equivalent.
- Has driving license.
- Available at any time when required.
- Outstation trip and inside Klang valley trip.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to handle animals in all conditions.
- Must possess excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Must have customer service and interpersonal skills and be able to resolve conflicts.
