Primary Job Description
Training Coordinator Assistant:
- Assist in the planning and execution of both online and offline training events, ensuring seamless operations from conception to completion.
- Handle logistical arrangements for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup, and material distribution.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and post-event reports, providing valuable insights into program effectiveness.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, document management, and other office tasks as needed.
Secondary Job Description.
- Manage customer information within the CRM system.
- Assist with inventory checks, ensuring organization and proper stock maintenance.
Requirements for Training Coordinator AssistantEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Education preferred).
Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in event planning or coordination (preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles (preferred but not required)
