Core Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Energetic personality with strong on-camera presence
- Excellent communication and sales skills in Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of handicrafts/home decor products preferred
- Ability to engage audiences and demonstrate products creatively
Key Responsibilities:
Live Streaming:
- Host daily TikTok Live sessions showcasing handicrafts/home decor
- Present products enthusiastically and answer viewer questions
- Implement effective sales techniques during broadcasts
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging video content (product demos, tutorials, reviews)
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and product knowledge
- Maintain brand-appropriate presentation standards
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor live stream analytics (viewership, sales conversion)
- Submit regular performance reports
