Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and customer-focused Therapist to join our team. The Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of non-medical aesthetic treatments, ensuring outstanding patient care, and supporting the clinic’s mission of delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, laser hair removal (under supervision), body contouring, and other non-invasive procedures, in line with clinic protocols.
· Conduct patient consultations to understand concerns, explain treatment options, and recommend suitable procedures.
· Maintain strict hygiene standards, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
· Assist doctors and nurses with clinical procedures when required.
· Provide excellent pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients.
· Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
· Maintain accurate treatment records and update patient files.
· Support the sales and promotion of treatments, packages, and skincare products offered by the clinic.
· Attend training sessions to continuously upgrade skills and stay updated with the latest treatment protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or equivalent.
· Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in an aesthetics clinic, spa, or wellness center (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
· Knowledge of skincare, laser technology, and aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain treatments clearly to patients.
· Presentable, professional, and service-oriented.
· Team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and grow with the clinic.
· Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil is an added advantage).

Pay: RM2,400.00 per month
