1. Tender Preparation & Submission
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, requirements, and risks.
- Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documents including technical, commercial, and administrative sections.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, costing, and project teams to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders in accordance with deadlines and client instructions.
2. Proposal Development & Costing Support
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and supporting documents for tenders and proposals.
- Support the development of bid strategies to improve win rates and competitiveness.
- Participate in tender clarification meetings, site visits, and client discussions when required.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements, company standards, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of tender documents, submissions, and revisions.
- Keep track of tender outcomes, contracts awarded, and maintain an updated tender database.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales, project, and engineering teams to align technical and commercial inputs.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical information to support tender submissions.
- Provide support during project handover from tender to execution stage.
5. Market Intelligence & Business Support
- Monitor and track upcoming tenders, bids, and business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing benchmarking.
- Provide input for management reporting on tender success rates and business pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in tender or proposal preparation, preferably in precast, construction, or engineering industries.
- Knowledge of precast products, construction methods, and project costing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
