Telemarketing Executive (Full Time) – Kuala Lumpur
Salary & Commission:
- Basic Salary: RM2,500
- Commission: 0.8% – 1% of loan amount
- Average earning (basic + commission): RM3,000 – RM8,000+ monthly
- High performers may earn RM10,000+
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve high income
- Computer literate
- Experience in a related field is an added advantage
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from company’s database
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Provide professional advice on loan repayment and debt management products
- Build good relationships with clients to enhance trust and retention
- Learn and stay updated on financial products and services offered
