Responsibilities:
- As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Service Delivery is required.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Delivery Excellence is recommended.
- Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) with Intermediate proficiency, Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) with Intermediate proficiency, and Technology Architecture Implementation with Intermediate proficiency are suggested skills.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery efficiency Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
