Requirement:
- Possess at least minimum SPM or certificate in related field.
- Any related experience in railway construction
- Must possess CIDB green card
Job Description:
- To prepare the preventive construction activity in terms of spare part and tools availability.
- To perform the construction activity and make sure the quality of maintenance job is following SOP.
- To perform servicing of equipment/device and make a test qualification / validation.
- provide construction records and schedules
- To participate in major servicing of equipment and provide summary of report.
- To participate in predictive operation and maintenance, condition based and time-based activity plan.
- To participate in preventive construction effectiveness activity.
- To maintain tools, machinery and equipment provided are kept in good condition and available
- To maintain the workshop condition in good GMP practice and follow concept 5S.
- To perform the checking of broken / damage parts and provide the report.
- To perform the offline preventive maintenance and servicing for assembly component and kept is as ready item to used.
- To perform the preventive maintenance of equipment and also utilities equipment at site.
- Monitor and control construction costs consistently and take necessary actions that may cause significant variance against the planned budget.
- To assist Supervisor in site work activities and comply with all quality standard.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
