RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain facility systems, with a primary focus on electrical and mechanical components.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical facility systems.
- Record daily operational data for all facility systems.
- Carry out hands-on minor repair work as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating the work of subcontractors for servicing, maintenance, and repair activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in a related engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently with initiative, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical manuals, terminology, and specifications.
- Possession of a Suruhanjaya Tenaga A1 or A4 certificate will be an added advantage.
