· Monitoring, inspecting, and analysing of machinery
· Servicing and repairing on machinery vehicles, ensuring high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections
· Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations
· Sourcing replacement parts
· Repairing or replacing faulty spare parts
· Fabricating or modifying any components required
· Making arrangement and on time delivery of machinery vehicles to customers
· Notify Team Leader/ Superior of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
· Adhere to defined guidelines regarding safety, orderliness, and cleanliness
· Complete work order and serviced for each machinery vehicle
· Making sure all tool and parts are kept at proper place
· Keeping track of stock movement and stock planning
· Able to drive forklift and container arrangement
· Willing to work overtime and outstation if needed.
· Any other duties as assigned as by superior
Other Information:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Automotive Technology, Technical, Vocational Education and Training, Vehicle Maintenance, Repair and Servicing or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate with certification can applied and must be willing to learn.
- Must possess Driving License and have own transport.
- Good attendance (no late coming).
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
