- Respond promptly to guest repair requests and carry out necessary maintenance to meet service standards.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and repair advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
- Monitor and interpret readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring devices.
- Check for new maintenance requests through the PMS (Property Management System) and update status and remarks once tasks are completed.
- Complete and file maintenance work orders / job cards accurately.
- Prioritize and organize work assignments efficiently under pressure.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations.
- Ensure the security of guest room access and hotel assets.
- Read and understand technical manuals, safety documents, and testing equipment guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to provide timely assistance and updates.
Additional Advantage (Preferred Skills)
Candidates with additional skills in the following areas will have an added advantage:
- Plumbing: Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Carpentry: Skilled in woodwork repairs, furniture restoration, and minor structural adjustments.
