Job description:
- To respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical support via omnichannel, providing accurate information and assistance regarding home appliance products, orders, and services.
Remuneration Package: RM 2.4k - RM 3.2k
Working Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
Operation Hours: rotational shift
Working Day: 5 days’ work with 2 days off.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
