- Oversees the technical aspects of a project and team
- Ensuring efficient operations and successful project completion
- Manage and mentor technical staff
- Coordinate maintenance
- Implement improvements to enhance performance and quality
- Arrange technicians daily tasks and trips
- To maintain accurate records of spare parts movement and ensure proper filing of documents
- To check, identify and supply the correct spare parts for the repair job
- To ensure all the parts are replenished and ordered parts are received in order
- To handle JKKP/ DOSH related matters
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a technical supervisory role
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Dynamic, self-motivated and energetic go-getter
- Alternate working Saturday (half day)
