Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Stay updated on product knowledge and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Share insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and results
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotional materials
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support product and service improvements
- Communicate customer insights to internal teams for continuous development
- Lead negotiations and close sales agreements with customers
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and relevant regulations
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record in executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistical techniques
- Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and strategic planning principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Creative, commercially aware, and analytical in problem-solving
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and a fast learner with a proactive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
