We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end software development and support within the Compliance Technology domain.
This role oversees the full project lifecycle—from analysis, design, and development to implementation, testing, and support—while ensuring quality delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with Compliance Technology leaders, and drive successful project execution in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery for Compliance Technology applications.
- Oversee quality assurance in line with Bank-defined delivery methodologies and tools.
- Plan and deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and technical requirements within budget and timeline.
- Collaborate across multiple application teams to manage dependencies and risks.
- Provide regular status updates to Project/Program Managers and escalate issues when required.
- Partner with business analysts, SMEs, and development teams to finalize functional and technical requirements.
- Support specification phases with effort estimates and delivery plans.
- Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT, performance/load, security) with Test Managers.
- Coordinate technical implementation and ensure smooth production cutover and support.
- Report timely updates to management and propose resolutions for issues impacting delivery.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (professional certifications an advantage).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT delivery within large and complex organizations, preferably in Banking/Finance.
- Proven leadership in managing IT delivery teams and large-scale projects.
- Hands-on experience in system development (coding, specifications, testing) with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Visio.
- Proficient in AML policies, procedures, and industry practices preferred.
- Proficient in Actimize and Technical Project Management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Waterfall/Agile).
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, systems thinking, and solutioning skills.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Proficient in SQL/Oracle; experience with Compliance-related capabilities is a plus.
- Familiarity with UNIX and/or Windows environments is an advantage.

Pay: RM174,000.00 - RM198,000.00 per year
