The Role
INTIGA SDN BHD is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Project Assistant to support our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide administrative and project coordination support to ensure the smooth running of our construction projects. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to technical managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents and presentations
- Assist with coordinating project tasks and deadlines to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries
- Support the organisation of project-related events and travel arrangements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Have a degree or diploma in Construction Management or similar
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
- Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Must speak and write in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
