Ø Jira Administration, Confluence Administration, ClearCase Administration, Perl, Python, Groovy, Jenkins, Script runner automations, Automations
Ø Administering Atlassian Jira, including the ability to create/manage workflows, usage models, system settings, manage user permissions, issue types, and custom fields for a large user base.
Ø Installing, configuring, and managing Jira plugins and add-ons to enhance the functionality of the system.
Ø Experience with Groovy and scripting languages (e.g., python, Perl), to develop custom Jira plugins and automation scripts for authentication, Sprint open/close and other Jira uses cases. Familiar with REST APIs to integrate Jira with other tools Jenkins, SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence etc.
Ø Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL queries to troubleshoot and optimize Jira performance.
Ø Experience with managing apps in a Docker/Kubernetes/Cloud platform to set up iCloud environment for dev, test, prod, business continuity environments.
Ø Good understanding in Linux and Windows operating systems to install and manage Jira and related applications in a Kubernetes/Docker platform.
Ø Good knowledge of networking and security protocols to configure Jira in a secure and scalable environment.
Ø Manage upgrades, patching, security apps, analyze system logs and data to identify root causes and implement solutions).
Ø Collaborate with multiple business teams and vendors to be able to gather requirement and create Project templates, Project Categories, Notification schemes, Field configuration schemes, Permission Schemes, Issue security schemes.
