My client is a well established BPO company and they are looking for Technical Advisor to be part of their team in supporting their clients in the Microsoft environment. They are currently expanding and if you are looking to develop your career, this might be the role for you!
Your role
- Provide expert support for Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Troubleshoot email delivery issues and manage mail flow policies
- Handle customer inquiries via tickets, emails, and calls
- Engage with customers face-to-face and remotely
- Deliver presentations and discuss complementary Microsoft solutions
- Ensure system performance and security compliance
Your Responsibilities
- Mail Flow Management: Monitor email traffic, resolve delivery issues, and manage spam filters
- Office 365 Administration: Maintain and secure services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Technical Support: Assist users with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of O365 apps
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates with Technology related education are welcome!
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for tech
- Solid understanding of Office 365 core services: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange deployments, and license management
- Ability to troubleshoot mail flow and manage user attributes
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support China/Taiwan markets
