What You'll Do:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their requests.
- Take orders and serve customers when their orders are ready.
- Suggest add-ons or promote other products to customers.
- Prepare drinks and desserts according to customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and uphold product quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum qualification of Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night/early shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Self-disciplined, hardworking, team-oriented, and attentive to cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
