JOB DESCRIPTION
Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
- Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
- Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which include wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor.
- Addressing and professionally resolving customers’ complaints.
- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Lead a team of retail associates, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise in the store promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, cash handling procedures, and security measures.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure goals are met and standards are maintained.
- Oversee inventory levels, including ordering and replenishing stock as needed, and ensure accurate record keeping of merchandise.
- The additional task required by the company in accordance with the day-to-day operational flow of the company.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people
- Customer Oriented, team player, and possess initiative

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
