Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth workflow and sufficient manpower.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment (e.g. polishers, steamers, coating tools) and inventory of materials (e.g. wax, coating chemicals, cleaning agents)
- Collected, monitored, and evaluated customer requirements to achieve desired delivery time and order fill rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address any service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Monitor quality control standards to uphold the shop's reputation for delivering high-quality automotive detailing services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the detailing shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources.
- Carry out any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Automotive, Management, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive detailing or related supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automotive detailing processes, tools, and products.
- Ability to manage staff scheduling and allocate resources effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
