Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruitment Executive) to join our internal Human Capital Management team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire the best talents who align with our company values and culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, highly organized, and has strong communication skills to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Post job advertisements on appropriate platforms and manage employer branding on job portals and social media.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process to ensure apositive experience.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and other talentattraction events.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports, applicant tracking systems, and databases.
- Support onboarding coordination by liaising with relevant departments to ensuresmooth handover from recruitment to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Familiar with sourcing techniques on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Must have own transport, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport
Working Hours: 5 days a week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
