Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with talent sourcing expertise in house environment.
- Proficient in both Basic & Advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Custom Search Engines, Social Media etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and networking skills.
- Open minded, flexible and resilient
- Positive attitude and mindset
- Ability to work on different topics simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Proactive and innovative mindset, with a strategic approach to talent acquisition• Passionate about HR and drives for pragmatic solutions
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
