Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor and update inventory levels; perform stock reconciliations when needed.
- Help maintain accurate records of transactions, including shipping and receiving logs.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements.
- Support in tracking and filing Delivery Order and ISO documents.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for all relevant raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain updated MSDS and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure MSDS database is current and accessible for internal departments.
- Support in tracking and filing Kastam-related records for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good Communication skills
- Familiar with SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Basic understanding of MSDS and customs regulations is a plus.
