Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with a strong background in heavy construction for offshore oil & gas facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in managing onshore fabrication and installation works. This role requires a safety-conscious individual who is well-organized, able to plan and execute daily and look-ahead activities, and committed to meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of workers in the execution of structural works (fabrication and/or installation) in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work packages accurately.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily and upcoming work activities to ensure timely project progress.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of site activities.
• Monitor work progress and workforce productivity, reporting any issues that may affect the project schedule.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation related to site activities.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior crew members as necessary.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and enforce compliance with safety practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in heavy construction for offshore oil & gas facilities.
• Recent experience in a similar role as Supervisor in onshore fabrication and/or installation projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, materials, methods, and tools.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and related documentation.
• Ability to plan daily work and look-ahead schedules efficiently to meet tight project timelines.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and industry best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,588.42 - RM6,000.00 per month
