We are a successful western seafood restaurant concept (Muslim friendly) looking to hire a Supervisor for our restaurant. Applicant must have strong management and leadership skills, have a positive attitude, be organised and on-time and enjoy training team members.
We got 4 location: Campus Ampang, Sri Hartamas, Damansara Uptown & Subang SS15
Your role will be to lead and supervise our front of house team to ensure excellent customer experience, service operations and dining experience.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year experience of leading restaurant/cafe service teams
- Have Valid IC.
- Previous experience of managing people, inventory and cash
- Enjoys leading a team and helping team members to complete tasks and achieve their potential
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about serving customers and giving them the best possible experience
- Willing to work hard and is honest and professional at all times
- It is desirable for candidates to have a Diploma or Degree
- Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work well with others
- Good command of MS Office IT programmes and POS systems
- Is punctual and reliable in attendance
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Well groomed and good personal hygiene
- Looking to develop their career with an exciting new restaurant concept
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to co-ordinate and motivate employees
- Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Willingness to work long hours, split-shifts, weekends and some public holidays
- Able to work immediately
- Applicants must be local Malaysian citizens
