Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory management - measuring stock card is up to date and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and its location, and measure to perform regular stock count activities; investigate variances.
- Supervise Storekeeping Operations- Plan, lead and coordinate daily tasks for storekeepers, and oversee goods receiving, picking, packing and stock transfers. And to ensure proper material identification and storage based on item categories.
- Storage & Organization - to measure store properly label and store materials to designated locations and ensure the warehouse is well-organized.
- Stock replenishment & ordering - to monitor stock levels and notify the warehouse executive and inventory operator to notify the purchasing team to reorder as needed. And assist Warehouse executive in forecasting inventory demand to avoid shortages of overstocking.
- Documentation & reporting - to maintain accurate records of stock transactions, purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Support in Waste management & disposal - to assist in handling and disposal of unused, expired or defective materials according to company policies.
- Any task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Forklift and reach truck driving skill.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse or inventory control.
- Ability to drive forklift/reach truck to lift up and move heavy items.
- Possess Diploma.
- Language - Bahasa Malaysia, English and (Mandarin add advantages)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
