We have urgent vacancies as Storehand (Storekeeper) to be based for a multinational specializing in the Aviation industry. Please note that this is a Contractual position for 12 months (1 year) and you will be based in Sepang. This position will have 3 rotational shift.
This job will be based with the Warehouse team. Your job function is to carry out activities in areas of receiving, binning and shipping as allocated. Receiving of incoming parts (Receiving). Storage and binning of parts (Bonded Store). Issuing of parts to production and shipping (Despatch). To attend and carry out any other task as directed by superior.
Key Responsibilities :
1 Receiving :
a) To carry out inspection on the part in good condition and check total of quantity.
b) To ensure all documentation in place as per SOP requirement.
c) To key in data for receiving in AMOS.
d) To file all the certificates as per P/O (Purchase Order).
2 Bonded Store :
a) To prepare issue slip for parts ordered from production and workshop (AMOS).
b) To key in all parts storage and control in bin location and shelf control temperature room as per SOP.
c) To deliver parts and components to production and workshop. To perform stock status check.
d) Ensure only serviceable items are stored in bonded store.
3 Despatch :
a) To prepare the shipping documents of parts, components, calibration tools and bulky items out of house.
b) To collect all unserviceable (U/S) parts and components from production and workshop.
c) To collect all serviceable parts not used (return to store) from production and workshop.
4 To key in all parts and components in AMOS and prepare shipping document.
5 To handle the movement of all bulky items (receiving and shipping).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
