Store Location: IOI City Mall, Putrajaya
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and consistently hit store targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and improve store performance.
- Implement effective sales promotions, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
- Recruit, train, and lead store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store safety and cleanliness.
- Handle cash flow, banking procedures, and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
- Schedule staff shifts to optimize coverage during peak times.
- Coordinate seasonal displays and promotional setups aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in retail or fashion environments.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively in a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
