- Lead and coordinate nursing teams with strong leadership and communication skills.

- Participate actively in online live training and professional development sessions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Registered nurse license with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proven experience in ECG monitoring, nebulization, advanced wound care, and infection control.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with electronic health records and medical technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Malay are necessary.
- Mandarin, Tamil, and Hindi language skills are advantageous.

Nurse Assistant
