1. To ensure the successful / effective supervision and coordination in accordance with Nursing Department Quality Objectives with continuous professional improvement in the delivery of safe and high standards of nursing care.
2. To be responsible for the smooth running of the unit.
3. To ensure the implementation of safe nursing care via on going supervision and involvement in administrative duties.
4. Demonstrate leadership and management skills via coaching of staff, orientation of new staff with an emphasis on team spirit.
5. To ensure and have a good working knowledge of all statutory requirements of the Nursing Board of Malaysia and any other legislation related to her/his work.
6. To ensure compliance with established departmental/ unit policies and procedures, continuous quality improvement objectives, environmental safety and infection control standards in line with the Organization’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.
7. To ensure the provision and maintenance of a risk – free working environment in terms of infections and accidents for both patients and others.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
